Day 1 - Wednesday: Settle-in

  • 10am-12:30pm: Arrive
  • 2pm: Opening (at service center)
  • 4pm: Drive to retreat center and settle-in
  • 5:30pm-6:30pm: Dinner
  • 6:30pm-10pm: Open time: Hot tub, journaling, relaxing, 1:1s
  • 10pm: Quiet time observed

Day 2 - Thursday: Journey 1

  • 8am-9am: Meditation
  • 9am: Leave for service center
  • 10am: Group psilocybin session start
  • 5pm: Group psilocybin session end, leave for retreat center
  • 5:30pm-6:30pm: Quiet reflection, journaling
  • 6:30pm-7:30pm: Dinner
  • 7:30pm-10pm: Open time: journaling, relaxing, 1:1s
  • 10pm: Quiet time observed

Day 3 - Friday: Journey 2

  • 9am-11am: Integration circle
  • 11am: Leave for service center
  • 12pm: Group psilocybin session start
  • 7pm: Group psilocybin session end, leave for retreat center
  • 7:30pm-8:30pm: Dinner
  • 8:30pm-10pm: Open time: journaling, relaxing, 1:1s
  • 10pm: Quiet time observed

Day 4 - Saturday: Integration

  • 8am-9am: Breakfast
  • 9am-11am: Integration circle
  • 11am-2pm: Free time and lunch
  • 2pm-4:30pm: Group hike/walk
  • 4:30pm-5:30pm: Free time
  • 5:30pm-6:30pm: Dinner
  • 6:30pm-10pm: Open time: journaling, relaxing, 1:1s
  • 10pm: Quiet time observed

Day 5 - Sunday: Closing

  • 7:00am-8:00am: Breakfast
  • 8:00am-8:45am: Group integration & closing circle

A Healing Journey Surrounded by Compassion and Support
I found I was very relaxed with the facilitator team, which helped me open myself up to the experience—they made all the difference in my overall experience. It was a healing journey that surrounded me in compassion and support. I felt completely at ease to open up in a way that generally is very hard for me to do. I loved first and foremost the people, and the area couldn't have been a more beautiful setting—I loved every second I was there. I really can't think of anything that could have made my experience better.

I would describe the value I received as an awareness of things and people that I had never experienced. [Odyssey provided] a very secure and comfortable place. The personnel were very professional. The facilitator was great, very knowledgeable, empathetic, and sensitive. I truly enjoyed everything—the accommodations, food, and staff were great.

One of the Best Things I Ever Did for Myself
I experienced very high and very low points in the journeys, but going through both was extremely valuable. It gave me a sense that I can handle anything in life with the tools I already have at my disposal. It was one of the best things I've ever done for myself! The facilitators were excellent, very knowledgeable, empathetic, sensitive, communicated well, and gave me comfort and confidence throughout the process. I had a group that got along well, including the facilitators. The location was perfect, and the psilocybin journeys were eye-opening.
